Service Level Agreement 2.0
A service-level agreement is an agreement between a Cloud Lion Europe as Odoo ERP service provider and you as a customer. In the SAL you will find particular aspects of the service standard we offer (quality, service coverage, availability, responsibilities, role-play, financial aspects, etc ). The SLA will be available in your customer portal.
